Hi, I'm Jorrdan. I started Punky Pottery because I was tired of pottery that played it safe. Beige bowls, polite little mugs, not my thing. I wanted pieces with attitude: loud glazes, weird silhouettes, and the kind of character that only comes from being made by hand.
Made by hand, one at a time
Every piece is wheel-thrown or hand-built in my Havana studio. I trim it, glaze it, and fire it myself. Because of that, no two pieces are identical: small variations in shape, glaze, and texture are the signature of handmade work, not flaws.
What "defies conventions" means
It means I'd rather make something memorable than something matchy. It means experimenting with reactive glazes I can't fully control: the drips, the crackle, the lichen. And it means your shelf gets a piece nobody else has.
Let's make something
Whether you grab a piece from a drop or just stop by to look, you're getting a little chunk of chaos made to outlast the trends. Thanks for being here.
